   I recommend that the School Board approve the Title I School Improvement Grant amount of $2,959,232 effective March 29, 2007 through June 30, 2008, and authorize the Superintendent or designee to sign all documents and contracts related to the grant which are required for implementation of grant activities.	-	PASS
   Minutes: Under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001, Section 1116(b)(8), school restructuring is a state and school district responsibility. The Title I School Improvement Grant totaling $2,959,232 will fund this initiative. The grant expires in June 2008. Board Members discussed: web cameras; restructuring administrator; and wrap-around teams.
